Fibromyalgia: Could This Increase Candida

Candida is basically yeast overgrowth in the body. It can cause extreme problems for many people. For example, a person may experience several yeast overgrowth related symptoms.

  2. Kill the yeast
  3. Then restore balance to the gut through replacing the yeast with friendly bacteria

Stopping the feeding is simple enough, you simply need to stop eating sugar. This can be harder for some than other. But, you will find that it is possible.

Most people who have fibromyalgia also find that you will want to stop intaking alcohol as well since this is full of sugars.

Killing the current yeast that is in the body will require some time. A few recommendations to do this include:

  • Taking garlic or eating more garlic
  • Consider taking grapefruit seed extract or eating more grapefruit
